If your item is not in stock we will contact you. If you wish we can back order the item for you and ship once it is available. If an item is unavailable we will contact you. While we take every precaution to make sure the site has the correct price and availability information, we cannot be held liable for errors caused by system malfunctions,
Privacy Policy
Gun Envy LLC will not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted within the first 30 days from the invoice date.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
All returns require contact with gun Envy LLC before the return is authorized.
Gun Envy LLC reserves the right to evaluate the return to determine if a refund or exchange shall be made.
Fees charged by other FFLs will not be refunded for any reason.
Delivery Schedule
Orders typically ship the next business day after ordering. You will be notified by email when an order ships and where possible a carrier tracking number is issued.
Purchasing Ammunition
You must be over 21 years old to purchase ammunition.
All first time ammunition customers must send us a copy of a State/Federal Indntification to verify their date of birth. If required in your state, you may need to send a separate state issued license for the ammunition purchase. The process is simple:

Place your order for ammunition online.

Once placed you need to send us a copy of the state issued ID by Email to Ammunition@GunEnvy.com or by Fax to 1-(614) 467-4916. When faxing please try and enlarge the ID first to ensure it is legible.

Along with your copy of the ID you must include your order number!!

If all goes well the order is released and your ammunition is shipped by ground carrier.

We will store the copy of the ID in our system for future shipments.
Purchase of Firearms
· You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a long gun.
· You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a handgun.
· Firearms will only be shipped to holders of Federal Firearms Licenses (FFL), all firearm purchases are final.
· Gun Envy LLC must have a signed copy of the license on file before we will ship.
· We reserve the right to cancel any order that we determine is attempting to ship to a location where the firearm is not permitted.
o At this time we are unable to ship Handguns to Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Hawaii, and Washington DC. Local laws may preclude other localities.
o California, New York, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey have restrictions on magazine capacity.
· State and local laws may deny this purchase, please be aware of local ordinances before ordering!

Process to Purchase a Firearm
· Complete your purchase online. You will receive a confirmation email with order number; this will be your reference.
· Provide a copy of the receiving FFLs license by one of the of the following methods:
1) By email to FFL@GunEnvy.com
2) By fax to (614) 467-4916
3) By mail to Gun Envy LLC, 6276 Seeds Rd, Grove City, OH, 43123
· Your receiving FFL must reference your order number when contacting us; otherwise we will not know which order this is for!
· Gun Envy LLC will then proceed to ship the firearm to the receiving FFL.
